Dark Chocolate Fudge

If you're a dark chocolate person, you're sweet tooth is going to absolutely love love love this fudge!  Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips serves as the base for this dark chocolate fudge that is rich, creamy, and awesome! I'm a dark chocolate lover (this is the first fudge I ever made), so take it from me.  Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 gluten-free ounces (1/4 lb).

Ingredients:  Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), potassium sorbate.
