Dulce de Leche Fudge
For this sweet sweet, I make the dulce a day before I make the white chocolate fudge that serves as the base for this fudge. I then fold in the dulce de leche to get these incredible ribbons of caramel within the fudge. This flavor is a shout out to the rich latin heritage that has influenced my home state of Florida. Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 ounces (1/4 lb), and it's gluten-free!
Ingredients: Ghirardelli white chocolate chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), dulce de leche (milk, sugar), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), potassium sorbate.
