Cookies & Cream Fudge

Lots of Oreos (see those hunks of cookie in the picture?) and white chocolate fudge combine to form a delicious chunk of yumminess that's hard to beat.  Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 ounces (1/4 lb).  This flavor is definitely not gluten-free.

Ingredients:  Ghirardelli white chocolate baking chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, Oreo cookie sandwich (unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, palm and/or canola oil, cocoa, high fructose corn syrup, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), potassium sorbate.
