I combine freshly brewed Cafe Bustelo espresso coffee with a dark chocolate fudge that's made with Ghirardelli 60% cacao dark chocolate chips (yeah, I didn't "cheat" and use espresso chips)! Maybe this fudge can be a breakfast food? Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 gluten-free ounces (1/4 lb).
