This is Uncle Phil's absoulte favorite fudge. A dark chocolate fudge, made with Ghirardelli 60% cacao dark chocolate chips, and toasted hand-broken pecans mixed all throughout with the hope you get a pecan in every bite. If you love dark chocolate like I do, you'll really love this fudge -- oh, it's so good! Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 ounces (1/4 lb). It's naturally gluten-free, too!
