Mint Cookies & Cream Fudge

Exactly like Uncle Phil's cookies & cream fudge, but mintier (and green)!  Created with Ghirardelli white chocolate chips, mint, and real Oreos.  It's a sweet tooth's fantasy! Sold in 1/4 pound pieces.

Ingredients: Ghirardelli white chocolate chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, Oreo cookie sandwich (unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, palm and/or canola oil, cocoa, high fructose corn syrup, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), salt, soy lecithin, chocolate, artificial flavor), , marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (concentrated milk, disodium phosphate, sodium ascorbate, carrageenan, cholecalciferol), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), peppermint extract (alcohol (89%), oil of peppermint, water), green food gel (water, sugar, US certified colors, citric acid and less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives), potassium sorbate.
