Uncle Phil's Fudge

We use local strawberries to make the jam that goes into our fudge. Wonderful sweet strawberry in every bite.

All that is missing is the campfire. Marshmallow fluff with white chocolate chips and Milk chocolate in-between two graham crackers. Yum Yum!

This Dark Chocolate is a 60% cacao so it is rich without being to bitter. Nice and creamy. The pecans are toasted to bring out the pecan flavor.
